With the launch of Terminal 5, BAA required a site redesign that would bring the online experience up to the world-class standard of the new terminal. Diana led the pitch for the work against a number of big agencies. And she won it, based on a thorough understanding the brand of Heathrow and the ambitions of the client team.
the idea
Air travel has become increasingly frustrating with security and customs in particular creating concern for travellers. The site’s chief objective is to prepare customers for their day of travel through Heathrow, making it as seamless as possible. We designed the site to personalise the content around a user’s particular journey while also creating the ultimate destination for travel updates.
