The project
Iris was invited to pitch for the Yahoo account. While has 50 million users throughout the globe, it has lost a lot of ground to Google and its other competitors and was in need of a brand refresh. In late 2008, Yahoo is launching a series of new, improved products.
The idea
The integrated creative solution was based around the notion of ‘Reinvention’. We came up with the idea of bringing this to life with site overlays of people who had reinvented themselves. By doing so, we could also surface and highlight Yahoo’s content and new services (Flkr, RocketMail and Olympic sponsored content.
